Food and Fervour - Rosseau

Loved the atmosphere of this tiny powerhouse. I ordered a juice off of the menu and the owner was happy to modify the ingredients to meet my dietary needs. As someone who cares about the planet, I was also delighted to have the juice served in a glass mason jar, with the option to return it to receive back a deposit. Just a couple of small but important details that would make this fussy customer look forward to her next visit!

Not only is everything that I tasted SUPER declious and nutritious, when I walked into the shop I learnt about all of the ingredients that I am putting in my body!Food and Fervour's incredible knowledge really shows through the way the dishes and food is presented to the customers. You can see and feel the love in this shop! I would highly recommend a stop as I felt so very humbled by the layout, the food selection and service. You really do get the value of our local whole foods. I can't wait to try the different dishes such as the beach babe, hippie dippie and some of the smoothies! I absolutely LOVE the juices, oat jars, health shots and I cannot wait to go back for more. I know this is going to be a regular stop.

My 3 small children ND husband visited this quaint beautiful restaurant and had amazing food. For the most part we have only had the baked goods, muffins, cakes but it was amazing. You felt you had a dessert but you never felt bad about it as they are made with vegan, organic locally grown ingredients that are tasty and nutritious. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the lunches and will be using this business to cater our family events!!!

Stumbled across a new gem for healthy eating. Food and Fervour has a perfect coffee. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the food they serve. Placing emphasis on self sustaining, and health conscience choices.The bowls were super flavour and extremely well presented. Can not wait for my next visit.- Nick

This little grab and go has delicious options juices smoothies snacks and salad/ rice bowls! Love the fresh juices and the hummus is amazing!!
