Mcdonald's - Romulus

The overall staff is very Friendly, I look forward to seeing them almost daily.

They greeted me with a positive attitude and vibe that made my day, the 2 young ladies in front are awesome.

No Stars for this store. I went to get a Mcgriddle meal. Hash brown was cold, sandwich was also cold. The cheese was not melted. When I told the employee the cheese isn't melted. She replied, well, did you ask for it melted. I had to hold my forehead. Because the last time I checked a hot breakfast sandwich always has melted cheese. So, I told her. It's supposed to be a hot sandwich not cold. So they gave me another sandwich with now a burnt sausage. So, I'm pretty sure they just threw my cold sausage back on the grill to avoid giving me a fresh hot one. This store has fallen so far. I literally watched the young lady then make herself a drink at the window and carry on with horseplaying with what looked like the manager. Like how old was this gentleman. He looked like he was 15. And then we wonder what's the problem. This is ridiculous. If only Mr. Chapatawala, was still the owner. He used to do random visits. He used to walk straight in and watch each worker to make sure they were properly dressed, groomed, and working and practicing food safety. I am currently eating the best Spicy McCrispy chicken sandwich I have ever had. Perfectly cripsy, actually enough spicy sauce, and finally enough pickles. Mmm. So good. Fries were hot and service was good/fast.

Grabbed breakfast here and they took my order wrong. Had to drive back in heavy snow to get my correct order. I figured an extra hash or something would have been nice for my troubles in those conditions but they didnt think so and I didnt ask.
