Juice - Rome

There are not many choices nearby, but this restaurant is conveniently located in the terminal center near the main exit towards Via G. Giolitti street. They offer fresh orange juice, clearly labeled croissants, and vegetarian sandwiches that may be vegan. They also have a selection of packaged snacks available. (Updated from previous review on April 10, 2023)

I observed that there are two Juice Bar locations within Termini station: one kiosk near the intercity trains, and another (slightly larger) kiosk in front of the metro. The vegan options are limited, including juices, coffee with soy milk, a vegan bagel sandwich, and a fruit salad. It seems that speed is more important than presentation or flavor here, which might be suitable for those in a hurry to catch a train.

Aside from the vegetarian bagel and fresh fruit cups, they also offer a variety of veggie crisps, bars, and other pre-packaged items that you can conveniently grab as a snack for your train ride.
