Domino's Pizza - Rohnert Park

Order comes wrong every time. Still haven't refunded me for an order from months ago.

The delivery man who had to help out after running around in the rain deserves a raise! We were there on Friday, March 1st, evening time. Probably around 6:45 pm.

We ordered a cheese pizza with bacon. Got the pizza home and there were several mushrooms randomly on the pizza. The previous time we ordered the pizza was super thin on one side and ticker on the other. Idk what's going on

Ordered curbside... showed up at 710pm, put on flashers... guys hit the button they were on the way out one minute later 56seconds left on the clock)... sat in the car with flashers on like an idiot for 10 minutes...NOTHING... finally at 720pm I walk inside and 8 employees standing around... young kid working counter with ball cap and black covid mask on... wait my turn and tell him I'm been sitting in the car for curbside for 10 minutes, he asks the name... goes over to the rack, gets our pizza and hands it over like that's it... I said... NO WAY MAN... I been waiting 10 minutes you guys owe us a free pizza, IT WAS CURBSIDE, do you see me now INSIDE??... he said the system will email it to us... I said, NO WAY MAN... YOU GUYS HIT THE BUTTON AND DIDN'T COME OUT... SUPER SHADY... he says yeah you will get an email again like I'm an idiot... I said oh really? So tell me, how does the system know I just got my pizza right now at 722pm? Did you click something on that screen just now? He said no we hit the button back there, I said and when you just grabbed my pizza I watched you, you didn't just hit it. thinking to myself... Cmon man you know you are full of it and completely lying through your teeth... what a disgrace to have a poor young inexperienced kid at the counter having to answer for one of his shady coworkers who obviously hit the button to prevent a free pizza then make the poor kid answer for it so he feels he needs to lie his way out of a bad situation) I continue on with him, look man, it was curbside, I been outside waiting for 10 minutes and now I'm inside, I want my soon to be cold pizzas *after the drive home they will need to be nuked or baked again) and I want verification I'm gonna get my free pizzas for waiting 10 minutes... he looks around frantically and then walks over to the screen and reads it was pressed a long time ago and comes back telling me the system will email me my coupons... LIAR. HE KNOWS SOMEONE F up. Got home, pizza isn't warm, 30 min goes by, no email... dealing with corporate and then blowing them up on all their reviews as this is LAME.if you got a thing like .,.. curbside order and we come out in 2 min or your pizza is free .. THEN BE FAIR... .HONOR IT... no shady stuff like this... cmon, 8 ppl working inside and everyone can see me parked directly out front with my flashers on. Nobody has the integrity or decency to say it was a mistake instead of lie through your mask. Pitiful.

I don't know what is going on with Domino's delivery tonight but I received an email 30 minutes ago saying my delivery was on its way. I could have crawled there and back in less time
