Never coming back. I had written a bad review, a while ago.. it's since been removed. Wonder why? I hit the drive-thru, this morning. Ordered a sausage/egg/cheese CROISSANT, minus the Swiss cheese sauce (gross), add American cheese. Take a look at the photo. They got the sausage right, egg right, cheese right. What's missing? Oh, yeah.. the croissant.. they put it on Wendy's (bad) version of an English Muffin. Which is really just a plain bun, not an English Muffin at all. Goodbye, good riddance.
I put in an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up. When my family and I got to the window, two employees were screaming and cursing at each other at the top of their lungs. One started throwing things and threatening to start a physical fight. They did all of this in front of the open window and completely ignored us. We eventually got our food (from someone not involved in the fight) but they were still screaming at each other when we pulled away.
The young man (probably high school age) that waited on me spoke at a low whisper. If you are working where you need to met the public people skills are essential. A little training can help correct the issue. The person that ordered after me was hard of hearing and did not order because they could not hear him. I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag, the server failed to give me a cup for me drink. The drink machine could have used a good wipe down. The food over all was hot and fresh.
I ordered a large number 3, two junior bacon cheeseburgers, and a frosty. They only gave me one junior bacon cheeseburger but charged me for both. The guy at the window was clearly extremely high.
