The best pizza I've tasted in Tuscany. Really thin and crispy in the Romana style. And unparalleled calamari, really lovely fried and delicate. The fiorentina steak and the spaghetti alla vongole also completely delicious. Plus a beautiful panoramic view from the terrace at the back

We were seeking a place to buy pizza to bring back to the kids and most places could not accommodate us because we were in between lunch and dinner hours. Ristorante Garum no only was willing to prepare pizzas for us off hours but they were incredible as well.

Fantastic crispy and thin pizza. Very friendly owners and excellent value for money. Recently improved menu offers more choice and new extension to outdoor seating area is excellent.
