We ate here twice during our stay in Hyatt. We had the same server, Thais, both times. While the food was excellent both visits, Thais made our nights with warm hospitality, scientific service and detailed information about the food. We've tried out the seaweed and crab salads that are generous portions and can be divided. The pork rolls were delicious. The sushi rolls were a generous size and our favorite was the orange dragon. We sat both times outside in the Asian garden and were treated with carp in a romantic atmosphere. I recommend a visit.

If your going to Nori, go for the Hibachi experience. The sushi side of the restaurant lacks in many fields. The miso soup and soy sauce have a bucket of salt for flavor. Some of the rolls are questionable. You would expect a better sushi experience from a sushi restaurant on a island in the middle of the Caribbean. 2 Stars.

The staff, food, and ambiance was great. We enjoyed everything Nori had to offer.
