We were looking for a good coffee place for our visits to Rexburg. Tried this place on the way to the zoo...it is AMAZING!! I got a hot mocha, hubby got a frappe and the kids got Italian sodas. They were all delicious and exactly what we wanted. The service was friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Cup O' Bliss and we will be back whenever we come this way!
