Arby's - Rigby

Very unpleasant experience was charged 75 cents for a small cup of tarter sauce. It was rang up as a cheddar cup I asked about it was rudely told the tarter cup came up 0 charge so they HAD to charge us Very Very rudely as I said Very unpleasant experience

Food was good. Staff was friendly, courteous, and quick. Very clean inside.

Usually I go and it’s great, asked for a 2 for 7 value meal without any cheddar on the sandwiches and was surprised when I was told they couldn’t do that! Whoever ran the drive through last week was fine with it but the employee on drive tonight wasn’t having it.

We just popped in after getting gas, so I wasn't expecting much. But everyone was so nice and friendly, and we enjoyed talking with Dameon who went above and beyond. Even the person who gave us our food was friendly when they didn't need to be. Later, when a small mixup happened, they specifically came to find us at our table and make it right immediately. They were great and made what I expected to be a quick stop for food a great experience.

I really enjoy coming here because the staff is always so friendly! The service is a little slow at some times if you're dining in, but if you have a little bit of time and patience I'd really recommend this Arby's!
