Tops China - Richmond

This place is bangin….Singapore Chow Mei Fun is truly the best in town…I mean the flavors are rockin, the shrimp is pimpin, the canned Dr. Pepper is crispy as hell and the customer service and efficiency are unmatched.

Excellent food. Relocating here from North Jersey and NY area I truly know authentic Chinese. Some of my favorite Chinese experience is Chinatown and Brooklyn NY and Tops China comes very close. I must say I had a past bad review about customer service has been good and food excellent ?

Good food. Kind people. However, its a 50/50 chance theyll mess up the order.

General Taos chicken was crunchy breast meat and fresh fried rice egg rolls was good chicken wings good.

Did take out it was nice and clean in there , really wanted some good Chinese food and was very pleased everything had flavor , food was hot for a very long time. Got the shrimp and broccoli with fried rice, rib tips and lo mean. Everything was delicious and it's rare finding good Chinese
