The Boathouse At Short Pump Town Center

Here for her special Easter brunch buffet. It was Sunday at 1:00. We had no reservations, so they said the waiting period was about 1 hour. Fortunately, there were many seats at the bar so we sat there. Her brunch was delicious and plentiful. There was a table where they cut you meat slices, and where they made you an omelette. Our servers were the bar offers and they were fantastic. Mags was very friendly and helpful! She let us know they had a dessert table we almost missed. She answered all our questions and was really nice. The other bar staff also went out to help us. Had a nice time.

Cassandra at Boathouse was an extraordinary server. Although there was a problem with one of the Entrees, she immediately ensured that there was a replacement on the way and the mistake was outrageous. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The team did everything right and I would highly recommend Cassandra and the management at Boathouse! You made my birthday dinner very special.

Had a great first experience in the Boathouse. Jared was our server and it looks like he has several reviews that talk about how well a service he has provided, now also we! He went over the menu and took his time in answering all the questions we had. We ordered a chicken dish, steak and an apple chef for dessert, who all tasted fantastic. We were also impressed by the speed of the service, as we tend to come unhappy with waiting long for food to our table. All from potatoes to asparagus to chicken/steak was delicious, and the apple bull at the end was to die and was the perfect hat for the already amazing dinner. You order from your phone by scanning a QR code. I liked this part that it was easier to order and pay via my phone than to go back and forth with our server. Simply note that the restaurant charges a mandatory 20% service fee and you have the opportunity to tap more if you feel that you have received excellent service. There is a memo that describes how this works on every table. It is definitely a bit splurge for us (paid around $100 for only two dishes plus dessert and no alcoholic drinks) so we will be back when we treat ourselves again!

This was my first time in this place and in general The Boarhouse doesn't disappoint! You have contactless order and everything is made by kiosk at your table, from order to pay your bill. It is a fairly efficient system and very easy to use. For those who are less technologically inclined, your author will take your order. My only grip was that the manager was very selective when approaching tables and people ask how was their meal considering that it was quite empty this day for dinner.

My husband and I decided to come to the Boathouse to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The aesthetic is absolutely stunning, giving an elevated yacht club atmosphere. Our waiter, Kamari, was beyond helpful and made our first time experience perfection! I highly recommend the “Strawberry Patch” cocktail; very refreshing! We will most definitely be dining again!
