Bidrage med feedbackThis place is huge and pretty fun! Always remember you're at a buffet though which means, lots of people and not always the cleanest of floors. I have yet to meet a buffet that has clean floors. There is a grill if you want to pick your food and have them cook it. There is a sushi bar comparable to a low grade grocery store style. There was blue crab and soft shell crab. A chocolate fountain of you like that. Personally I stay far away from those. However the star of this show are they 8-10 food stalls filled with everything you can think of. They also offer light desserts. The staff was great at keeping drinks filled. Very reasonable price too!!!
We were here on a Monday afternoon returning from Virginia Beach. It wasn’t too busy and the food selection wasnt as much. Sushi selection was big. There were the regular food expected at a Chinese buffet. Maybe dinner would be better.
PERFECT FOR PICKY EATERS!Have all the foods most picky kids(and me would eat!!!Chicken Nuggets. French Fries. Mac n Cheese< and CHEESE PIZZA!!!This has been my favorite place to bridge the divide of my limited pallet and my friends wanting to eat anything other than American. Also amazing deserts and even ice cream on the buffet!!!A favorite of my Family for over 10 years :
Had a pretty horrifying experience at Teppanyaki Buffet. We got there 2 hours before close, but nothing in the time we were there was refreshed or refilled. Some bars were completely empty, while others had trays with hour old burned remains of dishes stuck to the bottom of them. Upon request, two dishes were refreshed. They started mixing Fabuloso and water in the bucket next to my table while I was trying to eat. When I asked them to move it, they did. Then a half hour later they mopped our entire section, my shoes included. Then the parked the mop and bucket 4 feet behind my chair. The whole place reeked of cleanser. I couldn’t breathe, definitely couldn’t eat. Mind you it was 9:15 and there are other people in this section also trying to eat.So that was pretty unpleasant. But then things took their worst turn. Mom had excused herself to the bathroom and noticed a man come up behind her and stand outside the door, obviously waiting to clean. That's awkward, but forgivable. What wasn't forgivable was when he got impatient and went into the bathroom and began cleaning it, knowing she was still in there and even tried to open the stall she was in. I brought this to the attention of the staff, however I'm not sure they cared or appreciated how unacceptable this was. Mom, on the brink of tears, expressed her embarrassment and anger, and she received no response or apology. A couple actually chuckled. I don't think this was a language barrier for all of the people at the table, as at least 3 had conversed in very good English with us and other patrons. We will never be back. This review was shared on their Facebook business page the night it happened and received no response.
The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere and we thought it was going to be good because there were SO many people in there. We finally got seated and we had to finally stop a waitress and ask for our drinks and she said “he gets them”. ‘He’ being the waiter who had already walked past our table 2-3 times and never acknowledged us. Get that cleared up, go up to get our food, and barely find anything that looks relatively edible. We find some food and go back to the table…. It. Was. AWFUL!!! The wontons in the wonton soup dissolved like pudding, the food was mediocre warm, and before any of the 7 of us were done eating, we were feeling a little ill. We had to ask our waiter to clear the plates and then we finally left because we figured they couldn’t mess up the desserts… we were wrong. For the price we paid and the service and food we got… save yourself the trouble and gut ache and take the family across the road to the Arby’s
