New York Deli - Richmond

I must say that I had the best customer service experience at my visit last Friday 10/04/2019. I called this Wednesday this week to place a large sandwich order for my company to pick this Friday. for me it was in the last minute, but I became the chef of cuisine by michael and he was very helpful from beginning to end. I took this Friday and was greeted with smiles and courtesy and immediately helped. my order was finished on time and presented to me in a beautiful fashion. before I left, I asked for extra pickles (because I am a hard pickle lover) lol and michael (mike) presented me with a big order without additional costs. Very good food and service (I sat at the bar.) of the Italian and the cubano are lookout while my friend has swept over the holly. good beer selection, but it doesn't turn much for the taps. the patio outside is fantastic. her trivia at night on Tuesday is packed and fun tons.

So. for the first time there. eating was so/so; service not so good. it took a long time to get our food, and one of our commands was grounded and delayed. Drinks did not stay full and a waiter from another table set his pitcher on our table while he cleared us the table next! a bit rude. eating was good, and I would probably try again.

The first time, and I am so honorable to eat this, which I have never said anything like that before pure bombing of the taste burst in my back.

The Swiss was terrible. Strange tasting, FATTY pastrami. Smells like cheap ingredients. They also forgot the mustard. If I hadn't have gotten take out I defiantly would have sent it back. Just go to chioccas.
