Mi Hacienda - Richmond

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with this restaurant. The atmosphere is true and authentic Mexican. The restaurant is clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was delivered Hot and perfect. I highly recommend a visit here for a lovely meal.

The restaurant is beautiful!! Food took long to.come out and was okay. The restaurant was not too busy but the service was not good. I never got my drink refill and it seemed like we were bothering our server. Prob would not return again.Features: No paper towels or soap in the bathroom.

Good food, quick service nice atmosphere. All-in-all a fairly decent experience.

I'm sorry today is not probably the best day for this place. I had the worse enchilada I had. All swimming together without taste. Desert burned. Im really surprised with the reviews here. This restaurant is very beautiful it make me feel like on vacation, servers are nice and friendly , but the food killed it all.

Maybe wasn’t their day but the presentation of the pictures comparing with the real food that came out from this kitchen is completely differentAlso I am from Guadalajara Jalisco and chef as well if you going to advertise a dish at least get as close as you can to itTorta ahogada is not the way to make it sorryMy wife order enchiladas and is not even a try to presentation on the plateAlso order the plátanos macho and they were burned and when we said something to our server which she was polite nice but needs training said “that’s how we served them “ but if you don’t like them I’ll take it off the bill.Unfortunately this beautiful restaurant needs more attentionThank you
