Subway - Richm

I used to frequent this location before it closed about a year ago. That's great it re-opened under new ownership. I order pickup and each of the last two times, the order is behind the counter, which is a pain to have to wait. Is there really that much crime in this area to warrant having pickup orders behind the counter?? If so, that's a sad world we live in. Sure in busier areas I get that happens, but not here, right?!?

I was hopefule the first couple of times we went under new ownership. There was always little issues, which honestly happens when first opening. But now it's been a while. The kinks should be worked out. But here I am driving half an hour to get an order fixed. While my food sits at home getting cold, I'm here getting my order fixed. Tried to call but of course the number listed isn't theirs. ? When I tried to explain what happened, they didn't believe me which caused me to wait even longer. Then after looking up my order, he walks away to make a phone call. Seriously?? And then he made the excuse that it was because they had a new person who didn't know the difference between a 6 inch and a foot long. ??????

One of the nicest subways. Under new ownership. People are really nice, place is clean, and the food was fresh! So much better than the old subway!

You can tell the minute you walk in that this is new ownership. Clean is an understatement. Customer Service as you would hope for. The subs were delicious. The add ins on tomato lettuce pickles olives and onion were not skimpy at all. I will definitely be
