Secret Sandwich Society - Richm

Love this place! It was one of the first places I visited when I moved to Virginia. The drinks and food are always good, the servers are always friendly, and the whole vibe of the place is nice. There are lots of vegetarian options which is fantastic for me but I hear the rest of the food is great for meat eaters. I recommend 10/10!

The cocktails are fantastic. The pimento fires are great. The truffle fries are amazing. The burger was overdone when I asked for some pink. The pickles tasted off. This place is ok but not a 17 dollar burger good. Get a drink and fries. Maybe I made a mistake by getting a burger and not a sandwich. Maybe I'll give it another shot if I'm in the area but I'm not going out of my way again. Get the elderflower cocktail.

Okay. The service was great. The atmosphere was okay, but very loud. The place is more of a bar atmosphere than a sandwich shop. The food was just okay. I expected for the food to be better for the price. However, the pickles were really good.
