Panera Bread - Richm

There has to be something there that you want to eat. Usually, I have a food picture, but I ate the food too fast. Italian toasted sammy, w corn chowder, chicken avo blt w chicken noodle, fuji apple salad w french onion soup.

Lost order and then got it wrong. Rude and cold.Tried again today.Kiosks were down and management open exactly one register. Moronic

$17 with tip for a tuna sandwich and chai. The chai tasted weird. The tuna was super wet and soggy in a ball in the middle of the bread. The bread itself was pretty good, but not enough to make the meal worth it.

The quality of the food decreased and the inside is not clean at all.

I think the food is excellent for fast food, but I'm frustrated with the coffee service. I'm a member of the sip club but they are regularly out of coffee in the morning. The new policy of keeping the cups behind the counter is irritating as it slows down an already overworked staff. BTW I gave the service 3 stars because the staff are nice and hard working, but the service is slow because they are routinely understaffed.
