Max & Erma's. - Reynoldsburg

This place is known for their burgers but I haven’t gotten to it yet. I will though. I’ve been here twice and have gotten the nachos and fish chips. I’m not over exaggerating when I say this but the waiters are the sweetest ever! They are so nice. You can tell that they love what they do! For only $3.00 I added ground beef to my nachos. The ground beef is of good portion as well. I always ask for BBQ sauce to put on top of my nachos. The portion is shareable. That is not the case for most places I’ve been. My fish and chips have been amazing both times.

Service was great. Their tortilla soup specifically is very good. Lovely place overall for lunch or something light. Drink choices are limited.

The last of a golden age. But the food is good an staff is friendly Edit: second visit. Not so great at all in a matter of weeks the resturant has become sticky and dirty. The sever suggested a different mojito after the bartender told her they where out of mint. Hmm. Order a mule an im. Sure there is more sour mix then anything else. Lucky for me i haf a sprite to mix it in. I grew up on this chain an its giving me apple bees vibs now. Its really sad. You can tell the staff is under paid an no one cares anymore. Idk what happened here but i hope it gets saved. Or it will continue to down spiral. So sad.

Food was great! Excellent customer service, our waiter was new and handled our huge order of 5 adults and 3 kids much better than expected. Keep up the great work!
