Kfc - Reynoldsburg

I never leave reviews, but this particular visit warrants one. I believe the location was incredibly short-staffed when I went, but even with that being said, the experience was terrible. The lot only has one accessible entrance for driving in and no safe way to exit. One must basically and unsafely use a one-way entrance as an exit. After paying, I was told to pull around to the front of the building to wait for fresh food. 10-12 minutes elapsed, and no one came. The building’s official entrance was locked, before its stated closing time, by the way. I had to get back in line to receive an update on my order. Once I received my order, I noticed that it was missing items and the food wasn’t fresh by any means. Essentially, I was overcharged and, for lack of a better word, scammed. I really don’t like leaving reviews like this because I truly understand that there are so many moving parts in the service industry that the general public isn’t even aware of, but this experience was egregious, to say the least. What should’ve been a 5-minute visit turned into a 30-minute headache. Do yourself a favor and find another location to grab a bite to eat.

The manager Brianna was rude gave my order to someone else and told me they not remaking it. Yall goofy lose money because of poor staff and managers this is the world we live they lost my business

Not only do they no longer have a proper exit( you have to drive over an embankment or exit into oncoming traffic through a one way entrance), but they double charged my card because they said that their system wasn’t working properly and it was my banks problem. They didn’t even give me all of the food that I ordered. Half full dinks, missing food, charging me $70 for what should have been $35, then absolutely no help.

A place to go and never leave because there is literally not an exit to the parking lot. There is a one way entrance and no exit in the parking lot so people have to drive over a curb to leave. I don’t know how the design ever got approved.

The spicy chicken sandwich was really good. The only thing that wasn't good was there was only 1 way in and no way out. So people had to use the entry way of coming in to get out.
