Hickory House - Reynoldsburg

The food here is outstanding. Really good steaks and ribs at it's best. You cannot miss on this restaurant. It is not a chain restaurant.

Food was hour late due to big party. Table next to us was drunk, loud. Waitress only offered drink refills which is her job anyway. Tried to call manager on hold 20 mins. Never again! Meh. You need to eat by 600pm to fit in. Portions were ok, service was pleasant enough, my ribs weren't sauced enough and room temperature. My steak tasted brined in flavor and texture. I've had better steak at a roadside greasy spoon. The menu states that they are not responsible for steaks ordered well done, but, while I ordered medium well, it was indeed well done... The steak was so thin that anything beyond medium rare will be well done. Sides were ok, nothing special. Summary Not worth 1/2 the price they charge.
