La Primavera - Reykjavik

This restaurant was elegant and the food was delicious with beautiful presentation. La Primavera was very warm to our great group and variety of nutritional needs. I recommend the Mozzarella di bufala with marinated tomatoes and nectarines. I also had a delicious vegetarian pasta dish. The Tiramisu was absolutely decadent.

Delicious Italian food with an Icelandic twist using the freshest of ingredients. The seafood risotto was particularly good. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. Beautiful view over the harbour the area is great for a post dinner walk.

Best meal we've had in Reykjavik. The seafood soup was amazing, chicken melts in your mouth, and black tagliatelli with prawns and chili was some of the best pasta I've had outside Italy. Very reasonably priced considering portion size and level of quality. Friendly staff and casual hip atmosphere.
