Ribs were dropped from the bone delicious! The best grill I had in the South Bay, possibly all of LA. If I wanted nitpick, I would say I wish they had a few sauce options and maybe burned ends.

I will usually look for a BBQ place and will go out my way to try a new one. He's pretty close to me and I've missed him so far. It is a small place with only three tables, but the grill is BIG! Big pork ribs and brisket. You actually get a choice of how fat you want your bride. pork and jalapeno sausage and excellent. I haven't tried the turkey breast yet, but these are the five protein choices. Lateral dishes are very traditional and legit . Until now the Whiskey Flats in San Pedro was my favorite BBQ in South Bay, but now it is Willingham's World Famous BBQ .

I'm a BBQ head. I'm looking everywhere for a good BBQ. I was born and raised in the South Bay and this place I didn't even know how it is very small and on one side of the city, the type of corner of the South Bay. The brisket is out of the chain. Now you need to know how to order it. Either dry or damp, which means either lean or fat. I actually had them half wet and half dry for my sandwich. I was also impressed that I could find a good bride in Redondo Beach. I had cut my bride and the meat has the perfect amount of smoke, tender, moist and the spices just right. For a small place these guys offer some amazing scrub. I have the mite sauce on the side, but the BBQ sauce didn't need it. I thought the sauce ruined the brisket. Next time I try her sweet sauce and Baked Beans. Either get the plate and get the work with your brisket or get the sandwich. I had the normal Brisket sandwich and wish I had the Jumbo. If you get something different than the bride you can miss. In the entire southern bay there is no better barbecue area that is safe. Do not waste your time in the del amo mall BBQ, come here. I was only once a day and was amazing. Can't wait to come back!

Though my rating is 4 Stars, I'd really rate it 3.5 stars if I could. The food (meats and sides) was fresh and well prepared, however, it all lacked flavor. The brisket was super tender and the ribs fell right off the bone. The turkey was a bit dry and the pulled pork was just shredded pork. My favorite meat was the hot link. The potato salad and baked beans were average, but the creamed corn and cole slaw were both quite tasty. Was not impressed at all by the BBQ sauces; I tried to doctor them but ultimately decided to just use my own. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd definitely go back! Though it slightly bland and lacked some flavor, I appreciate quality BBQ that isn't too salty or overly greasy.
