I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August with my wife and my 10-year-old son. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and everything is brand new. The location is ideal for visiting Recanati (10 minutes walk). The property is equipped with a convenient parking and an excellent pizzeria/restaurant. Breakfast is great and friendly and efficient staff. Our room enjoyed a beautiful panoramic view. Absolutely recommended!

Too bad for location, in an industrial area, between sheds and abandoned cars. The structure from the outside does not promise well. Once inside clean and cozy rooms. I didn't use the restaurant but in the evening it was full of people. Great and complete breakfast!

Back from Puglia we stopped in Recanati to break the trip, clean hotel and breakfast cured and varied. Friendly and welcoming owners. I give 4 stars only because inside the room there was a mildew smell that we saw being close to the window, and with even a 3-year-old was not exactly ideal. In any case, it will still remain a point of reference for future stops on long journeys by car, perhaps stopping us a few more nights to be able to visit well Recanati center. Recommended.
