Jules by the Lake Cafe - Rathmines

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a special family celebration at Jules by the Lake Cafe this past weekend, and thanks to Julie and her wonderful staff, the day was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

First time and won't be my last , if u are looking for great service and amazing food breakfast lunch or tea juls is the place to go

I recently had my birthday dinner at this fantastic cafe with friends from the eastern side of the lake in Sydney. Everyone had a great time and the staff, Julie and Darren, made us feel like family. Yesterday, four of us went and tried the $10 steak and chicken schnitzel, which was amazing. The only problem was that we couldn't resist ordering dessert. The food was delicious!

We travelled from Sydney to Rathmines had lunch at Julz by the lake, food was fantastic, very generous servings, kids meals were $9 included a delicious choc milkshake ice cream for dessert, the young guy that served us was very friendly polite, would definitely recommend a stop here for a meal, we will visit again next time we are in town

Anyone who has eaten the food that Jules and Darren prepare knows that it is amazingly good and amazing value! So when the thought of having 25 people for Xmas lunch was too daunting for myself, I contacted them in desperation! Like knights in armour, they were able to offer off-site catering, delivered and served with a smile! Seriously, the best decision ever made and so reasonably priced!! Took all the pressure off me and allowed me to have some quality time with interstate relatives that we never see. Everyone was super impressed with the food and portion sizes (even the matriarchal Aunties with catering experience gave me the quiet nod about how good it was! The staff could not be more accommodating of our each and every request. But, I think what stands out most is the professionalism of the serving staff! They did everything to make things run smoothly, took the time to remember guests names, all while quietly toiling and preparing around Xmas festivities. (You have some great young guns there Jules! . The only regret that I have in writing such a 'gushing ' review, is that Jules on the Lake will become so popular that they won 't be available for our next off-site catering function! Look no further that Jules on the Lake catering, they are the bomb!!!
