Chick-fil-a - Provo

I have been to this location easily 50+ times in the last few years and it is getting consistently worse. More and more understaffed. Longer wait times. You can now only order on a touchscreen or the BYU app which lack customizability like removing the cherry from milk shakes. On my last visit it took 20 minutes for me to get a milkshake which was completely soup by the time I got it. They wouldn’t remake it and they had no spoons. I’d recommend against eating at this location.

I've never had an issue here. Everyone is super friendly and my order has always been right.

This Chick-fil-A is good. It's not the best one I've visited, but the employees work really hard, and it shows! Usually decently busy, so I would almost always do curbside or delivery!

Absolutely love this chick fil a! BYU’s mobile ordering makes it a breeze to pick up my food. Only complaint is the lack of frozen lemonades, but I think that’s a staffing issue.
