Personally, I usually prefer their Mackenzie cut with a side of black rice. I think the portion is generous enough and the chicken meat well cooked with a good level of juicyness and interesting spiciness. All the ingredients, side dishes and decorations included, are fresh and top quality. Only downside: the OWW sauce. It should be made-in but I find it too similar in flavor, consistency and color to a normal pink sauce. It also turns out to be too intrusive and tends to prevail over all the flavours. I prefer it not to be on the plate. The service, despite being efficient, rapid, diligent, lacks a professional element regarding the approach to the customer. A few more smiles from the dining room staff wouldn't hurt: they might even be able to make customers feel at ease. The way you behave towards others is also important, in addition to receiving commands and typing them into your PDA. I advise managers to invest in training. The environment What can I say? Not very large. In the evening it appears to be very poorly lit and generally gloomy. The Old Wild West style furnishings are sparse and all the wood used fails to give the room that warmth, also due to the glass walls that look directly onto the street. You practically eat in the shop window... As for the quality-price ratio, like all franchise outlets, it is mediocre. Rather high prices on drinks, side dishes, appetizers, desserts and service. That is, everything that is extra compared to the main courses. Parking: The venue does not have private or public parking in the immediate vicinity. The only solution is to park on the street.
