Mercearia Sao Pedro Wine Tapas

A wine tapas é um espaço com enorme potencial , atendimento excelente e preço fantástico . O ambiente não é o típico de um espaço no mesmo género , mas o staff é bem atencioso. A oferta de comida é fast food , não esperem tapas típicas porque não existe . É um local com uma decoração interessante , bem localizado e que é uma oportunidade/solução para quem precisa de se alimentar fora das horas comuns

Perfect back street “old man” type bar (but with great snacks and vibe can be a little intimidating from outside (it is filled with locals, but owner is so friendly and welcoming. not much English is spoken, but this is the charm! We ordered beers and a record of tapas (off menu and had a great time watching and hanging out people: p.s. my Portuguese is not existent, but a smile goes around here

Friendly local irrigation hole. We were looking for a place to wet our pipes and take a cargo on Saturday afternoon, after a morning whale watching and a visit to the Carlos Muchada Museum. The hotel bar did not appeal, and not much more was open, so we had a chance. Wine for me, beer for my husband and a Portuguese Premier League football game on TV, PERFECT!!!

Let the population of Portuguese men in this Resto stop you from going and staying. The owner and the existing clientele, you will feel welcome and treat yourself as appreciated guests. The tapas is authentic and delicious, the room interesting and the hosts gracious. Sardines with tomato sauce and olives were also freshly tasted to a non-sardine lover. Fresh oregano, picked while we saw, added brightness to several dishes. The environment has a great music that you are invited to do your pleasure, and if you get really boring, just watch over the cutthroat game of the Dominoes in the back corner. A real jewel.

Great, cozy atmosphere. You will get special attention from the owners as they will take great care of you. Food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable.
