Subway - Ponoka

I go here about twice per month. Quick staff, friendly service, clean. New lines finally got painted in the parking lot this month-yay!

I was very satisfied with my service and food at Subway and look forward to eat there again on my next visit..

Went their tonight as a family with two young kids. On the door it says kids under three eat free and so we used that and both our kids got their subs for free! The workers were polite, nice, and friendly. They had a high chair and a booster chair available for use. Our food tasted fresh and delicious. It is nice to have a healthier option when using fast food restaurants.

Easy access, good food and excellent service! The staff are friendly and have a smile for the customers and work hard.

I ordered a sub and the girl I had was named Rebecca and she was the most unfriendly person I have seen in a long time. She did not smile and was snotty to me about what I wanted on my sub. I was not happy with how rude she was to me, didn't give or ask me for my receipt and was just plain rude. Not only did that make me mad, I went to eat my sub and found a long black hair in my one whole half of my sandwich! So needless to say I didn't eat much of my sub! I have never had service like that at Subway. Wont be going back to Ponoka's Subway for a while anyways.....
