Tim Hortons - Ponoka

We waited for more than 30 minutes for a single breakfast wrap. The restaurant seemed to prioritize the drive-thru customers over those dining in. Several groups of people had to wait almost 40 to 50 minutes for their food. The service was very poor.

We live in Ponoka and frequent Tim's quite a bit. It was pretty good last year for service and food. But this year it has taken a large dip into mediocre food and very poor service. BUT, my thoughts are that the younger staff are not being given adequate training by their managers or supervisor. And that does not give them a great chance to succeed. So maybe who ever is in charge should look at being a better boss that cares about the food and service they are supposed to ensure. Have a great day!

Terrible service in the drive through. The woman on the intercom couldn’t sound more dull and unenthusiastic. Had to repeat what I wanted several times. Couldn’t get an ice cap. Couldn’t get the donut I wanted. Couldn’t get second choices. Gave up and left after thanking her sarcastically for being so pleasant.8:45 May 18, 2023

The new employee working the night shift is fantastic - quick, courteous, and serves up delicious coffee. Everything is on point and satisfying....consistently positive experiences when he's working. I truly value it.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is not too crowded, the food is good, and there is ample parking. I would recommend this place to everyone.
