Mcdonald's - Pomeroy

I placed an order for curbside. Space #4 at 10:13am 4/4/24. After waiting 20 min no one brought it out so I went thru the drive thru to pick up. Sat in drive thru approximately 15 min. At first they couldn’t find it but they did eventually and of course it was cold. No offer to make a hot order or refund. If I could give it 0 stars I would

The food was disgusting. They did not give me my big Mac, and they ignored me.

I mean it's McDonald's... But I been in sketchier franchise stores.

They always always mess up the order an my kids are picky eaters. Then the employees act as If it's somehow my fault or my kids are an inconvenience to then. When im a paying customer??

Everything was great except for prices but that's not their fault, it's corporation
