El Parasol - Pojoaque

This place is a hole in the wall gemIt's out in the middle of nowhere, right off the highway, but there's always people eating in there and one thing my abuelita always told me is hijo always eat at the places the locals eat at!!Can't go wrong with the chicken and beef taco plate. Can't decide between red and green sauce??? Get both! Get the rice and posole as a side. Stuff your face, give gracias to your abuelita!

Live in the area and don't order often due to the unfriendly staff. It had gotten a little better so we started going back. Then my order was completely wrong last night. Just wish it was a go to more often being there's not many options in the area!

Worst location to call in your order. This guy claims to be the manager with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever!

We have been coming to this restaurant for years when we visit our son. Today the lady at the register was rude and talked down to me. I always have blue corn tacos sometimes you have been out of blue corn but usually you have them. She said you have never had them. Then I watched her be short we 2 elderly ladies. I have never interacted with this lady before. She had blond hair. All other workers were very friendly today. I hate to leave a negative review. We love coming to this restaurant.
