B-lux Grill - Pocono Summit

What a great restaurant! we had the best waitress, kamila, she was 5 steps before us during the whole meal. they heard we celebrated a birthday and brought our desert with a candle. She was so nice. the food was great too! I have the Bavarian bretzel with beer cheese and buffalo mac and cheese! so yes! highly recommended!

We had two very different experiences with this place this weekend lunch was 5 out of 5 everything was great! Dinner on the other hand was a absolute terrible experience! I had to have Managment come to our table several times and things still didn’t turn around! If I were rating like I do for my prime rib business it would of been a total failure 1 outa 20! I know good food and I know good service and I understand that we should give a little slack in these crazy times but this experience was just awful!!! I hope if we ever go back things are different! And I hope that it was only our experience that was this terrible!

The prices and quality are perfectly aligned and the service that we received from our waitress, Lisa was second to none. All of our food came out EXACTLY how we ordered it and each plate was perfectly prepared. Let your kids splurge on the shakes too! Ours smiled the entire time we were at B-Lux.

It was clean inside.Their kids menu was a good selection. I gave only 4 stars because our waitress was not familiar with many items we asked about and then she walked away in the middle of asking a question.

The food and service was exceptional. We started with firecracker shrimp and the cheese curds. Absolutely delicious. The turkey burger and Mac n cheese was so satisfying after a long day. Malorie made the whole dinner a wonderful experience, she made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed and Josie checked in on us to make sure we were having a great night. 10 stars!!!
