Tonys Pizzeria - East Stroudsburg

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered between 5pm-5:30pm. However, by 6pm, my order still had not arrived. After calling the restaurant and being told my order was on its way, I waited until 7pm with no sign of my food. When I called again, I received a rude explanation about the busy drivers. By 8pm, I was told they had no record of my order. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Waitress wrote down the wrong toppings for our pizza, then the cook (or owner) in the back gave my girlfriend attitude and some back talk when she went back in to correct the issue. Pizza was decent, but for the $50 we spent on two salads and a pie, Idon't recommend this place at all due to the attitude and disrespect we received from the staff. If you can't hear the ordersright, maybe take the stale garlic knots out of your ears.

The wings are very crispy and the sweet chili sauce is very flavorful. Loved the wings! The pizza was OK crunchy crust and sogging bottom but lots of toppings.

The wings at this restaurant are fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the homemade pizza sauce. However, the service was a bit slow and the kitchen staff were loud and rude. On the positive side, the waitress was amazing. I have experienced long wait times on two out of my three dine-in visits, which is disappointing. The pizza was delicious, but I was not a fan of the canned mushrooms topping as it did not match the great taste of the pizza.

The pizza at this restaurant wasn't bad, but one of the slices was folded over inside the box, indicating a lapse in quality control. However, when I notified the staff, they promptly made me a new pizza. Since my initial review, I have visited Tony's two more times. The first time, my sandwich order was incorrect and I had to return to have it fixed. This most recent visit, they completely messed up the toppings on my pizza. The woman who answers the phone is friendly and tries to rectify mistakes, but it seems like the kitchen staff are not paying attention to detail.
