Dunkin' - Pleasantville

Waited 20 minutes for the customer ahead me to just get served. Then the person went back to drive thru. Mind you there were 5 employees tending to the drive thru at once. Iall I wanted was a cup of coffee. Nobody was behind me in line. Never again

5 people, 5 people!!!!!!!! And maybe more. And can’t they put together the orders? I ordered a simple egg and cheese sausage, and they tell me: take a look and your order will be ready (which, I ask him why?, and he answers me: haha it’s not ready)Why???????But to collect the order if they are fast.

They say they are dunkin donuts but they don't have donuts at 7:30 so what do they do, they will be a washing machine who knows ????

I’ve been to a lot of different Dunkin’ Donuts and this one really Got me the rudeness, the ignorance is unbelievable.So let’s start I ordered caramel macchiato, coffee and bacon, egg and cheese muffin the coffee taste like absolute junk and the bacon, egg and cheese was not fully cooked I also asked for my receipt 3 times they looked at me like I had two heads with ignorance and disgrace on their faces then I asked, can I please have a ketchup pack And I had to wait five minutes and I had to ask again. Can you please give me a ketchup pack they finally did after helping two other customers But still did not say a word like sorry or here’s your receipt. Thank you for coming. Nothing stared at me with an Ignorant faces. “ Don’t like this place won’t come to this place ever again”

Your run-of-the-mill Dunkin’ Donuts. From my last few visits hear the service is good. In the morning, especially your food comes out nice and hot and fresh, I can’t really speak for the afternoon, though it is a tossup. If you’re eating inside it’s usual quiet and a decent spot to watch the main streets of the city and people pass by.Parking: Handicap, wheelchair accessible parking.
