Sushi Thai - Pickerington

I like Asian food, but I would dare to say that their food is cuisine. Even the fried rice was the best I have ever had. Unbelievable food. I tried calling to place an order this evening around 7:30 pm and the phone said the voicemail was full, so I tried calling back 4-5 more times with the same response. I had no choice but to call and place my order at the other Thai restaurant down the street.

Unfortunately, I am writing this review with a heavy heart as we were once frequent customers. We absolutely loved Jasmine’s, however over the past year and a half the service and quality of food has taken a steep decline two times in the past year. Most recently not only was our order incorrect, but our child’s esan noodle dish contained raw chicken. Though it is hard to see in the photo but the chicken had a slimy texture and was still pink in the middle! This was a takeout order, and we did not realize until we got home. Upon calling in to speak with the manager, he refused to refund the order and insisted that I drive all the way back to the restaurant to have them remake it. That was only the beginning. He proceeded to say that I was rude and that he was too busy to discuss this. This is the last thing that I would expect from someone working in a hospitality industry speaking with someone that was just served raw food. Unfortunately, there are not many sushi places in Pickerington, but based on my experiences over the past year and a half I would definitely say that it’s worth the drive to explore other restaurants. Please take it from me and don’t risk your family’s health or money at Jasmine’s! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
