Arby's - Pickerington

I sat and waited for 5 minutes no answer, I move around and everyone tries to hide. 10:02-10:07am his one game now I guess. the door was closed. 6/2/22

Was taking my husband to try the wings they pulled us up like they were going to give us fresh food so I was waiting for hot food well guess what we waited all that time for fries no salt and we received not even warm I thought Arby's was made fresh I guess this one wasnt

Sat at the drive thru speaker to order food with no response, went around again with the same issue. I thought they were open so I decided to call in and ask if they were having issues. The employee notified me they were running behind and not yet open. I asked why not put a sign up stating that, instead of letting customers sit patiently in an open drive thru and she stated they were not allowed to do so. This Arby 's has gone downhill.

This location is just the worst. And I forget how bad until I make the little hop there the location is hard to get in and out, out of the way. 1. They are sooo slow. 2. They are always out of things. 3. They never get the order correct. 4. Today online orders only. 5. Workers are not pleasant.I'm done with this place!

While if you are hungry the food is decent their hours that they post are not accurate they close at eight or 9 o'clock P.m. Please be wary anybody that is trying to eat late.
