We have good experience with the staff and food, but the social atmosphere is terrible. If you come here for a weekend brunch, this experience WILL ruin your day. There is a problem with the parking and seating. The customers will harass you while you look for parking and you will also get harassed while waiting in line to order. The customers here have no common courtesy and the atmosphere appears to be politically charged, lacking inclusiveness. We would like to return but don't want to face the hostile demeanor and comments from their customers. I see you updated your response to my review. Still no apology... I am your customer but it appears that you wish to attract certain type of customers and are not all inclusive. Please specify your clientele publicly so that people can make informed choices. Your business claims to be European and German. I am from Europe and you are telling me to go elsewhere. You have also stated that you love your customers but based on your response to me, some are loved and others are hated. I shared with the public that there are customers of yours that engage in harassment and intimidation. What is there to love about it? You are being divisive and your loyal customer base has picked up the vibe and are enjoying the freedom to act the way they do while on your premises. You can't hide behind diverse and multicultural staff members serving your loved customers.

It's a great spot for Brunch or lunch. I love that that have ample sitting space, inside and out. My favorite item is Kippered Salmon, it is mostly self service, casual place. It gets very busy so parking sometimes can be challenging but there's street parking as well. Overall a great brunch spot.

The staff was helpful and attentive to help us in getting our take out order. The food was good, but the experience to get this is why I am not returning. I experienced a hostile demeanor towards me as a direct result of having a Ukrainian support sticker on my vehicle, my wife and I were harassed by the couple behind us for wearing face masks the entire time we were waiting to order in line, and when my wife brought up these issues to the public in a Google review, she was deligitimized and told to go elsewhere by the Guglhupf owner. Please do not support this low class establishment. Parking: Parking is done by who gets to the next opened spot first. No order, pure chaos, must fight for every spot. No common courtesy.

Called this place to possibly have an event set up. I was given the run around and one of their employees wasn’t the nicest when I tried to ask for information even after a woman named Stephanie said she would get back in contact with me. It took hours to get a response back. Overall just fed up with this place.

The food and baked goods are fantastic! Get here early on the weekends or you will be waiting in a very long line outside!
