Friuli - PAVIA DI UDINE

On four pizzas ordered no one was decent. Service to the minimum terms. But very little. We have reason to believe that pizza is partly frozen. At least, rightly, it costs little.

The place is in the square in Pavia well visible with parking in front of the church from the outside window see the counter where the pizza is made, on the door there is a sign of welcome to the hairy friends (at the end of dinner when you were paying the delicious pappato a nice piece of wurstel given by the lady I think the owner) The room can accommodate a thirty covered tables are distant among them simple but cared for. We ordered the pizza and the wait was not much...when it comes and you see it you say "that little will touch me to take another "then instead you find that the pasta is soft consistent and you fill out as the pizza that is pulled thin and looks like a flying disc. Surely we'll be back...

Trattoria typical of the Friulian plain. There are also lunches. Few varieties but genuine dishes, well made and served with kindness by the ladies. Very good price ratio. Family and genuine environment. ....I hope they stay like this! Good.
