Indigo Bar - Patchogue

Third visit for us. Everything was great. Food, service, atmosphere... a very beautiful Valentine's Day evening.

We were very pleasantly surprised. We expected a more casual menu and although it was limited, the food was perfectly prepared, beautifully displayed and far exceeded expectations. The special cocktails were also wonderful. Make a reservation and enjoy a fabulous evening.

Came to grab some food and drinks but kitchen was closing and they don't carry any prosecco. We chose to dine elsewhere and enjoyed the drinks we did have and the bartender was very nice and a pleasure.

Thursday night, the place is empty and it looks like two people working. A cook and a bartender/host/waiter/busboy. Wife got the gnocchi which was over sauces and so over cooked that it was mush. Two appetizers, one entree, two wines and a expresso later we’re gone $100.00 lighter.

Classic Valentine's Day baits and switches. Website and social media have not said anything about a limited valentine menu. Charged extra for smaller portion steak. Bread to the table that was old and dry. No wine list, waiter laughed when we asked. Food was cold and restaurant was not busy or even served whole menu so that doesn't make sense.
