Stars Drive-in - Palmview

Went in during happy hour to get some drinks for my employees, another car drove in behind me, and there were two cars in the parking lot, so a total of 4 cars. Customers were there, and the two cars that were there, the car hop was giving them their food, so I park and press the button, it took a good five minutes to answer the call, so finally an individual answers, later to find out. The manager, Mr rodriguez, I start ordering, mind u, I have ten employees, and I was pretty much going to get the same drink for everyone, cherry limeade, so ask, slush? I said sure, yes, and he says, call back when ready to order, and cuts me off, I'm there wondering wth just happened, I know, and I hear he answered the car next to me, and I say fudge this and start driving off. What really got me was that when I was on the other side driving off, the car hop comes out with a bag of ice, yes ice, he lost a $50 sale for ice... so I call and ask who's taking orders. And he says I am, ok, ur name? Nada. Ok let me speak to the manager, he says I am the manager.. give ur name... at this point, yes I'm pissed, and I tell him what he did and he says, I'm short staffed and really busy.. are u serious? There is two cars there, another car and me, the other two had left by now, ok give me ur dms , he says there isn't anybody, just corporate, ok give me the number, and the punk tells me, it's on the Menu.... dude worst employee ever, I know I'm only one person, but I will never eat at any stars ever, and I will damn make sure none of my family does either

I like going here for munchers, but lately the food has been cold or underdone. The munchers were still partially frozen the meat was cool to the touch in my burger. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
