Subway - Palmetto Bay

Very rude and uneducated people work here who bully disabled people never again do yourself a favor and find another location of subway my opinion from

I have ordered my meal through the app several times. Each time i ask for more of certain items. They never provide more. Today they provided less (i got 4 pieces of banana peppers!!! , i did not receive any oil, vinegar or Parmesan vinaigrette. These items were requested and notes were added. They completely ignore any special requests and make whatever they want!!!It 's very upsetting. Using the app gets you a cheaper sandwich. But should i be expecting less of what i want just for this convinience, i should not!!!

BEST SUBWAY IN TOWN cleanest of all with consistent great service by amazing same staff proudly making sandwiches, hard working owners lucky to have great workers, seen Yanira one of the girls sweeping floors like if it’s her own business a rare find, wishing the best to owners and staff.

I hardly ever give five stars especially to a fast food restaurant but honestly everything starting from the email special promotion, the ease of online ordering, the quick turn around to pick up my footling sub, the freshness and size of the sub (which was delicious) and then I was emailed a survey a few hours later (which obviously I immediately did) and the actual owner of this subway located on old cutler and 168th Kristen emailed me a lovely thank you response for taking the survey. All in all a five star treatment. I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing the sub was how incredible the customer service experience was. Told my kids about it and they left to order some subs.

I’m very Disappointed about the sandwich I ate two hours ago. I couldn’t finished it because I felt like something was not fresh (I think the meatballs). There was also some pepperoni that I had to take off because I never ordered them. I had an instant diarrhea! I’m worried now because I have a surgery scheduled for the day after tomorrow. Hope I will be good and not dehydrated.
