Great food and great customer service. Always on time when's an online order and easy to order on person as well.

I have been to this location many times. There has never been an issue until recently. I ordered an Italian Nightclub sandwich, which should have double the meat according to the menu. I received a sub with like 4 pieces of deli meat on the sub. Maybe they are cutting back on portion size. Next time, I will make sure to get the right serving size or return the food for a full refund.

Placed an order for delivery and an hour later the app says delivered but my food never came! Because it was ordered through doordash (yet delivery is done through jimmy’s johns) they couldn’t even refund my card! So I’m out $15 and hungry!

Wish i could leave 0 stars. I had the worst experience at Jimmy John's today. Not only was my order wrong, but the bearded employee who took my order was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to fix my sandwich and scoffed when I asked for extra mayo. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me and continued to treat me poorly. It's unacceptable for employees to treat customers with such disrespect, and I will never be returning to this location. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The subs is what you should expect from an sub shop nothing special to report. The service was good though.
