Bidrage med feedbackWho I bought 7 combination bowls and when I came home I lacked 1 I called and they refused to give me the missing combo, they tell me ohhh we don?t have an additional, but so we have?t own You have something really bad customer service from the administration never go there again if the owner wants to increase the sale they need to rent good employees with customer service otherwise no sales will go up
Eating wasn't good today or just this place my first time here. I love yoshi i go alot but in lancaster. This place definitely different had no taste and chicken needed more time.
Three stars just because the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just don't get the food here. I haven't eaten a Yoshinoya for decades. I never like her fat beef and chicken dishes. I got vouchers in the mail and thought I'd give them a new attempt. Gold standard for taking orange chicken? Panda Express! The orange chicken here is just so lack of taste, and does not even come close to having any taste at all. Teriyaki salmon? Nice try, but a small piece of fish with a sauce that tastes nothing like Teriyaki. Rice and vegetables? Many rice, but veggie quantity was nowhere near what Panda gives you. I guess it'll be another decade or something before I try again ANY Yoshinoya. I'm sorry.
Clean place, employees seem nice although their system does not allow to claim the free items you earn with the app. I was dissapointed as the app no longer allows you to order online from this place (has no other place tried). Then the app says you order in-store, but once there your machine will not recognize my app reward. They have slowly increased prices that is good, I guess everything goes through inflation everywhere, but I asked if I could have extra teriyaki sauce and they say they charge 80 cents for a small container. Had no problem paid for it, but they would have offered it for free because the incident I didn't let my free bowl say in their restaurant. Used to order a lot from the app, but no longer because they have blocked the option. This makes me not really want to get something from there, above the fact that meat option (drilled steak) is not as good as what it was a few months ago. It's a huge class for me. The high prices (completely understandable) but items that were previously given at no cost, the inferior meat and smaller bowl, is a pass for me. It doesn't feel like getting anything from here, sad.
Review for August 2021. Yoshinoya located on 47th Street in east Palmdale. I walked in here without a mask but the employee was very nice and polite and asked me to make sure that I can wear one. Obviously I complied. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate very polite customer service especially when it comes to something like wearing a mask. The employee here was very nice and polite to me. I like that. Besides that the food is the same as always. Another review for February 16th 2022. I tried the New Japanese Udon Noodles today. They were pretty good. I hope they have them around for a while.
