This is the most delicious ramen we have ever tried. One thing I can say is that they can improve braised chicken, which can be more tender.

The female worker (amber) was incredibly rude and possibly racist. the female bank would not take our order. Although we waited in the line, she would call the people behind us. there was no possibility that she would have been confused when we were the first people alone in the line, but when people entered, she ignored us and made us feel very uncomfortable. there was no excuse. we entered the restaurant respectfully and quietly with all the procedures listed, and we disregarded and uncomfortable. I hope the manager or the owner sees this and has a conversation with this female worker who lets them know what happened.

I will start off by saying service was horrendous. The restaurant had maybe 2 other groups of people in, but even when we sat it took 20 minutes for us to even get a menu. After we ordered, our appetizers came decently quickly (within 15 minutes) but they made a mistake with our ramen order and we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the ramen order. We barely had anyone check in on us and 4 other groups came after us and finished eating before we even got our ramen. The food was actually good which is why I gave 3 stars, but the service deserves 1 star.
