El Pollo Loco - Palmdale

The store on Palmdale Blvd. is just terrible! Everytime we go there, there's a problem. Today, around 6pm we went and they ran out of chicken. It would take 30 minutes for more, how do you run out of chicken!! Also, we ordered a chicken tostada salad, and it was so small that it was under the shell. Clearly false advertisement . The problem is the manager doesn't even care about how the restaurant is run. You make a suggestion or comment, and they completely ignore you. We've called to talk to a manager, and apparently they're not available. I would really like the corporate office number or email to talk to someone about this particular spot. We will not go there again, we will drive across town if necessary. Please let someone know how bad this chain is being run.

The people are really polite here I never feel left out of my order not being taken I've also never really had a problem come here no cold chicken or mixed up orders this is also a really good place to eat healthy they have really good appetizing salads that has chicken and others that don't have chicken but yeah this place is really good place to eat.

I'm usually happy with this place, but yesterday was the worst, why I got a tostada salad and a protein dish and the whole chicken was hard and dry now I didn't trust that the location and it was only 7:00, so I don't understand why she just couldn't give us fresh chicken instead of the old chicken that sat on the grill sitting there with no flame underneath I don't think they just wanted it

Love going here because they're so helpful and fast.

My boy favorite Pollo loco, A clean spot w/fresh meals and great taste of chicken. Customer service was even better.
