Hotel Sri Saravana Bhavan - Pālghāt

I was also mislead by the brand name saravana bhavan and the huge parking space. Have enough space for seating and AC area also available. I chose non ac. Being lunch time opted meals. Good food in taste. But after coming out went to the toilet area. Very worst in condition, not at all clean. And the main killing part is, the kitchen area is just a wall away from the toilet. All the taste what I got was ruined after seeing this arrangement. Servants are behaving properly but most of the time they will miss some items to be served. We need to call them again. Hot water for drinking is available. Small small local food shops are available in the parking itself for snacks.

First and foremost, let travellers be warned that this hotel is not a part of the famous "Saravana Bhavan" chain. The name is misleading.Adequate parking space and seating arrangements are the only plus points in this hotel.The A/c hall is open only during lunch time but lunch in the A/c room is a rip off. Service is delayed, poor and a don't care attitude by the waiters. No responsible person from the management is available nor any contact no for complaints.Toilets are shabbily maintained. Hygiene of food is suspect because the store house is adjacent to the toilet. Quality of food is poor, sometimes tasteless.And to top it all, when the govt is promoting cashless transactions, the hotel does not accept credit/debit cards.

Its a highway restaurant. Thought didn't like the food that much, pricing wise it was fine. If you really feeling hungry than only will suggest otherwise didn't found that great.

This hotel is located near the highway from palakkad to coimbatore....the hotel is looking like a star category hotel but the food is very very bad.....bad smell from the toilet will comes in the toilet.....no neatness.....please avoid this hotel......

This vegetarian restaurant is on the highway with good parking. But, the food is not very tasty. The restrooms are built in between the kitchen which is nasty. The management needs to rethink on their strategies and relocate the toilets. Dishes also need to be tastier.
