Bishop's Brisket House - Palestine

My wife and I ate here for the first time at night and I have to say that it's the best I had in a long time. Very friendly staff and generous portions. The filled baked tator was hugging. The two meat plates were the meat I've ever seen on a plate. Anyway, it'll be back. Had the owner Mike, he's a very nice man.

I celebrated my birthday with Bishops. They have housed us in the terrace by setting up special tables. BBQ is the best thing I've eaten for a long time. I love her pages. They took care of us so well from the beginning to the end. Will be back soon.

The bride and ribs melt in my mouth and the taste was perfect. Great food great music, thanks

You can't beat the melt into your mouth ribs and the buttermilk cake is the best I've ever eaten!
