I'm Italian and I can promise you this, the pizza and pasta, they make at Switch, is the real deal! The best wood fired brick oven pizza I've had, outside of NYC! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately I can't review this one as a 5 star. I had high hopes...our first pizza was like a saltine cracker with no taste and that dry. 45 min later we got something that at least was decent. With 4 kids with us . You can imagine waiting while thepizza recooked... So a few cherries to tie over the baby 13 mths. Well.. they made sure to charge us for those cherries 2.95.also ranch 1) 1.49 and tonic water 3.00 all which normally are never charged. Oh don't forget a mandatory 20% tip was includedfor service that was frantic and running from table to table that we had to wave down for anything we needed. which wasn'tmuch)
