Ning's Thai Cuisine - Pahoa CDP

I found the food to be a little bland and overpriced. The 20 bucks listed for curry w Tofu didn't include a 4 dollar upcharge for rice. I've never been to a Thai restaurant that charged for rice. The curry was okay but I've had better at so many restaurants. The waitress was great and eating anywhere on the island is great atmosphere. Also, there were a lot of homeless or transients outside that leered at my gf that made it feel unsafe. So for that reason I gotta give it a 3 star.

We had 4 dishes, all very good. Closed on Tuesdays.

It's not that great. Appears staff can't handle groups very well.

Smiling faces make for extra delicious and healthy food! I frequent here all the time!!

Great time there as well as food is fabulous every time! Favorites are: Summer Rolls Jasmine Rice with our rotation of fabulous cuisine at each visit!
