Good and various vegan options, excellent vegan cocktails!
Staff is nice atmosphere is kind, vegan options are quite limited but they are tasty at least
Bar serving excellent cocktails and quick meals such as tartare, burgers, salads, some in a vegan version. Try the spunciotti, made with bread, vegetables, humus and guacamole.
Aperture offers a wide range of classical and original cocktails. Tell the staff that you are vegan and they can prepare for you plant based spunciotti (similar to pinchos), Arcellese salad or a burger. Updated from previous review on 2021-07-16
